1. Farm Collection Fresh Milk from Healthy Cows
Our journey begins on local Ethiopian farms, where healthy, well-fed cows are milked under clean and hygienic conditions. Farmers follow strict standards to ensure the milk is pure and fresh from the very start.
2. Quality Testing Ensuring Purity and Safety
Before processing begins, every batch of milk is tested for quality, freshness, and safety. We check temperature, fat content, and purity to make sure only the best milk moves forward
3. Cooling and Storage Keeping It Fresh
Right after collection, the milk is quickly cooled to preserve its natural taste and nutrients. It’s stored in chilled tanks to prevent spoilage before transportation to our modern processing plant.
4. Pasteurization Safe and Healthy for Everyone
At the plant, the milk is gently heated to remove harmful bacteria while keeping all the essential nutrients intact. This process, known as pasteurization, makes Zagol Milk safe and long-lasting without losing its fresh flavor.
5. Homogenization and Packaging Smooth and Creamy
The pasteurized milk is then homogenized to ensure a smooth, consistent texture. Afterward, it’s carefully packed in hygienic, sealed containers to keep it fresh and protected until it reaches you.
6. Distribution From Zagol to Your Table
Finally, the milk is transported in refrigerated trucks to shops and homes across Ethiopia. Every delivery is made with care, ensuring that you receive Zagol Milk as fresh as the day it was produced.
